RIP Michael and Farrah

Their names were synonymous, Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett. 2 famous icons, passed away last Thursday, 1 due to cardiac arrest at age 50 and 1 succumbed to cancer at age 62. The world was in shock! I had a hard time accepting it, thinking it was a prank made by a friend when he SMS early in the morning. The radio confirmed it, when we were on the way to work, playing MJ's songs the whole day and accepting calls of condolences for both MJ and FF. I can still remember the first time when I heard MJ's song, Beat It and Billie Jean, a huge success then in the 80s. Charlie's Angels were the rage then in the 70s, a must watch. FF also set the hairstyle trend of wavy locks. It really is a big loss to the entertainment industry with the passing of these 2 icons... sigh! May both of them rest in peace.
