Howling at the New Moon

Honestly, when I first heard of the movie in the cinema, it didn't attract me at all. I was thinking 'hmmm... another vampire movie'. My friends kept telling me to watch it.... saying it's really worth it to watch, unlike the typical vampire movie in the past. Few months down the road, my hubby actually bought the DVD when it was released. I was thinking it wouldn't hurt just to watch it since I'm home. If I didn't like it, I can just switch it off. So I finally slipped the DVD into the player and whallah! I was glued to the movie from the start to the end! I actually was so engrossed with the movie! Once finished, I couldn't get enough of it! It's like I have an Obsessive Compulsive Behaviour... Twilight OBC!!! I lent the book from my friend, hoping to read the full original version instead of just watching the movie version. When I saw the New Moon trailer, I was getting more obsessed with it! I was like howling at the New Moon! Always thinking of the Cullen's, wishing that vampires do exist in this real world. I really can't explain why I was so hooked to it! I guess it's OBC then. I had to finally put a full stop to this obsession... thus prompting myself not to read the rest of the books. Once I finished Twilight, I returned it to my friend, telling her not to lend me the rest! The crazy thoughts have slowly subsided since... phew! What a relief! I thought I was going to be another vampire crazy lunatic ;-) I know the movie New Moon is coming on 26/11/09, lets just hope that I will not be obsessed again after watching it.

I know it's just pure fiction but the story line is totally different from the normal vampire stories we read or see everyday. This is totally unique and cool, with a love story that is bound to make you lust for more ;-)
