Last Sunday, me and hubby were lazy to go out as the weather was so humid. Furthermore I had to spring clean the house as Chinese New Year is just around the corner. So we decided to have lunch at home. Honestly, I seldom cook as I’m not a good cook. In fact, my hubby cooks better than me ;-) After searching the fridge, I decided to cook Cod Fish with Pork Spaghetti. This is a first for me, cook blogging, but it’s kinda fun. In fact, it has motivated me to cook more LOL!
First, cut cod fish into small bite-size chunks. Boil it in a pot of water seasoned with salt. Set it aside once cooked.
Minced garlic and pork. Set aside.
Cook spaghetti according to the instruction on the box. I always add some olive oil and salt to the boiling water before adding spaghetti. It tastes better. Set aside once cooked.
Heat up wok with olive oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add minced pork. Once pork is roughly cooked, add pasta sauce. I always use either Prego or Leggo Pasta Sauce. In this instance, I used Prego Pasta Sauce Traditional flavour. Once it started to boil, add cooked fish chunks. Cover the wok, let the sauce boil for 1 to 2 minutes.
It’s a first for me, mixing fish and pork, it turned out just fine ;-)
