Pork & Potato Spaghetti with Carbonara Mushroom Sauce

Another hot and lazy Sunday… thus decided to cook lunch at home.

spag0 1 can of Prego Carbonara Mushroom Sauce; spaghetti for 2 (I have always loved this ladle as it comes with the measuring tool for spaghetti. I got it free with San Remo spaghetti previously).

spag1Some minced pork; 1 potato, cut into small chunks.

spag2A last minute addition: 1/2 small onion, chopped into small chunks

Firstly, fill up 1/2 pot of water, add some salt and bring to a boil. Add potatoes and let it boil until it is cooked. Drained and set aside.

Cook spaghetti as per the instruction on the box, as usual, I’ll add a dash of olive oil and salt. Drained and set aside once cook.

Heat up wok with some olive oil and add the chopped onions. Once fragrant, add minced pork. Cook until pork is almost done, add the Carbonara Mushroom Sauce. Let it cook for about 1 min then add the boiled potatoes. Cook for another minute or 2 and it is ready to be served.
