I was at Maxis KLCC to file my complaint officially, Ann was kind enough to tumpang me there :-) For those who didn’t know, I had a rude awakening last Tuesday, you can read it here. I’m glad the staff there was totally professional, explained in detail… he even checked my phone to validate that I don’t have any data connection settings. He kindly offered me a goodwill waiver for the wrongful charges too. I’m so glad Maxis still has good staffs like Rahul. FYI, I haven’t received any itemized data billing yet from those at Contact Centre… hmmm… I wonder why…
