Ya right! Member has it’s privileges!

 

Hubby received a letter from Resorts World last week, offering us:

1. 1 complimentary Deluxe Room for 2 nights stay at Resort or First World Hotel and
2. Complimentary meal for 2 pax at Fortune Corner or Good Luck Restaurant

Alas… a short and cooling vacation nearby… BUT it expires on 30th September!!! WTF!!!

Hubby called the membership hotline, asking if it could be extended since we received the letter late and we can’t just pack and go! We still need to apply leave, right??? The nice staff explained that they had mailed the letter since 1st August o.O but we can still write in to appeal for extension. Hmmm… too bad the letter was machine-printed, without Pos Malaysia stamping :-(

Well, I wrote a nice email, pleading for the extension and they replied the next day. Hark! In summary, as per my understanding, they can’t extend it as Hubby’s Genting card usage is low. Then why offer us in the first place? End of story… how disappointing… totally speechless!
