Finally! Delicious dinner… to round up the 1st day! After MBK, we took the taxi back to our hotel to freshen up and walked to the hawker stalls around the corner. Remember my late lunch, Khao Kha Moo?
This park was next to the shop during the day. During the night, it has been transformed into this…
Yeap, busy, busy night! We had dinner here… with many varieties of food. Of course, drink was the usual… bottled water in steel mugs with loads of ice.
Char siew with wanton noodle:
Chicken rice with special sauce:
Duck noodle:
The usual condiments that accompanied the meal:
It was all yummylicious to the last bits! It was all worthy and inexpensive too! Our bill was less than 200 Baht ^.^
After dinner, we walked around the night market… there were dozens and dozens to see! Just loved it! Surprisingly, there was only 1 stall selling insects food…
Noticed these motorcyclists? They are actually taxi drivers but on bikes! The locals used these taxis to be ferried around quickly… cool right? Anyway, after the long walk, we headed back to the hotel to zzzzzzzz
That’s all for now… day 2 in the next post ^.^
