Continuing where they left off in book 1, Fifty Shades of Grey, Anastasia tries to lead a normal life after leaving Christian, amidst the crushing, dying and aching feeling that crumbles her world. A few days later, Christian suddenly emails to her regarding their earlier agreed date for Jose's (Anastasia's good friend) gallery opening. She has agreed to follow Christian since she is car-less, making her nervous and anxious even adamant to avoid contact with him. However, Christian thinks otherwise. It is a window of opportunity for him to pursue what is his which is Anastasia and he is never letting go this time around!
Finally, some revelation of Christian's past (we might have been able to guess it from the start), although the book seemed to be written in haste at some point. Also the author tries to reduce the sex plots and added in more drama which is good as it is beginning to stale with too much sexploits, although eye-opening at some juncture. Just loved the hearts and flowers marriage proposal towards the end... ooooooooh so romantic, so more! Well, we aim to please... and it's still as erotic and enthralling as ever! On to book 3, Fifty Shades Freed, now!
