MPOV: Victoria Station

I've been transferred back to office in PJ, as of last Monday, as the client's contract has ended. Woohoo! No need to be based in KL Sentral anymore!

Hence Hubby decided to have dinner here when he came to collect me after work on his off day as firstly, federal highway was badly congested, secondly, it's nearby my office and thirdly, we've never eaten here. Nothing celebratory... just a nice dinner for us... perhaps you can say to celebrate our love *blush*
Our appetizer... my favorite! RM39.90
Hubby's Mixed Grill RM43.90
My Seafood Platter RM37.90
Overall, food was fresh, meat tender but tasted average with a good, fulfilling portion. Service was half half too. Those who served us was polite and friendly but at times I don't understand what they were saying. Too soft-spoken to my liking and in the end I do not know what they are serving like the house-pouring wine. I've ordered blindly and it didn't taste as smooth. Some staff was kinda abrupt, without a polite acknowledgement. For example, he asked if I wanted thousand island sauce for my salad which I replied yes. Subsequently, if I wanted tartar sauce for my fish which I politely refused. He just turned away abruptly and walked off, without even a nod. Weird.
Me tired looking...

Liked the ambiance which resembled the interior of a coach. Warmly lit, comfy and relaxing. We didn't like the table though as we kept kicking the legs! Damn painful leh! Very chor theng (bulky)... not a good design.

Our total bill was RM168.80 inclusive of Iced Honey Tea (RM6.90), a glass of white wine (RM16.90), 6% government tax and 10% service charge. It is expensive and not comparable to their food quality and service. IMHO, a little over-rated.
