This year's Christmas was a simple affair. Well, basically due to budget constraint and hubs had to work so we were home on Christmas.

Princess was complaining about not going anywhere to celebrate so in the end hubs decided to do barbecue after work, a last minute plan just to make them happy and also a memorable Christmas for them. However I had to keep quiet about it as hubs decided to make it a surprise for them. It wasn't easy as I had to sneak the pit out and wash it! After work, hubs bought all the burgers, sausages and etc while we waited for him to return with Angels thinking we were going out for dinner at a tomyam shop nearby! *sniggering!* When hubs came home, they were definitely surprised! It felt great as they had wanted a barbecue, just for the fun of it!

It may be simple but it was memorable for them. It really made up for not going out to celebrate! No matter how tired we were, we were blessed by their happiness and the fun quality time we had, hence relegating all the tiredness! Such quality time is definitely precious to us since we usually see them once a month during school terms, which is why we are always looking forward to school holidays when they came over to stay. Anyhow, time does fly when we were having so much fun with school reopening soon... sigh!
