This is a first historical romance book I've read of Sandra's thus a little perplexed. She writes well so even though the storyline is predictable, I do enjoy this light read. She always has that cunning ability to draw our attention into the story, with the right flow and momentum. Overall a good effort but I would still prefer Envy as it's more dark and sinister.
