Sis bought this from Bangkok for me to try and I followed the instruction diligently. It's actually easy to follow and straightforward. I'm adding this here as a future reference :-)
The outcome... the gravy does taste like the commercial green curry we have at restaurants albeit a little watery. Perhaps I've added too much water :-)
Worth trying if you saw this in the supermarket. However, not sure if it's Halal certified.
