Crochet: Feather Bookmark

I wanted to make some simple bookmarks so I was happy to have found this pattern. Unfortunately, the mix colour yarn that I had was coarse so the outcome was horrible! Looks like I have to hunt for thinner, softer yarns for this feather bookmark but I didn't want plain coloured ones... which I do have a lot... hmmm...
