How often you should clean everything in your house

I've recently come across this in Facebook, shared by a friend, taken from a Joseph Sperduti's post. I honestly wonder if this is true, if this is doable as I normally clean as and when without a schedule! Would you agree with this? I do find that it is a good guide though especially for OCD's and Kon-mari warrior's like us LOL!!!
