We recently discovered this new restaurant in Putra Heights so thought of giving it a try. It’s a Chinese home-cooked food style restaurant, small and cosy. It’s located at the shoplots facing the main road to the Elite Highway exit 605 hence it’s quite prominent.
Took these photos with hubby’s camera phone hence blurry ;-)
We ordered 3 dishes i.e. fried egg with onion, braised pork and taufu and 2 glasses of Chinese tea. When the dishes came, we were surprised as the portion was huge! It’s just nice for 3 to 4 pax actually.
Overall the food was ok lah, don’t put high expectations as my guess they are still new. The fried egg had too much onions. Braised pork’s lean meat was quite dry. Taufu was the best actually, just right.
Pricing is based on dishes with standard size portions i.e. 1 price for 1 size. I find it quite pricey for our dishes especially the braised pork. Our bill came up to RM28! I guess the portions made up for the price. A tad little expensive dinner for 2!
6 thumbs up out of 10
