International Women's Day

Today is International Women's Day! I'm glad to be a woman, no regrets. I have enjoyed being a single woman, becoming a married woman and then motherhood. Honestly, I would not trade it for anything in this world. Some may say being a woman is at the losing end apparently. I beg to differ.

Yes, when we lose our virginity before marriage, we are labeled as 'loose'. As for men, they considered it as obtaining experience. Hmmm...
When we climbed the ladder of success, we are supposedly sleeping with our boss to achieve it. As for men, it's their hard work. Hmmm...

Why people have such perception? Such mind set? They are absolutely shallow and envious of us women! Women today are totally independent, successful and yet able to manage their family beautifully. It is God's gift that women can multi-task perfectly ;-) How I wish it's an actual Public Holiday so that we can celebrate this beautiful day with our mothers, sisters, daughters and best friends :p

Women around the world, may you bloom into a beautiful human being, enjoy today! Enjoy everyday!
