Bali: Day 2 Warung Sudirasa Babi Guling

Just before heading back to the hotel after our tour has ended, we adjourned for lunch. Wayan, our tour guide, was kind to oblige to our request for babi guling and brought us here. The place looked unassuming and surprisingly, there were no fans! We were somewhere along a stretch of padi fields. Thankfully it was windy, bringing in the wind from the rice fields.

It was delicious and fulfilling, the meat so tender and skin so crunchy! Even the sambal (chilli paste) was so damn spicy yet tasty! For IDR125,000, it was worthwhile.
