First thing that came to mind, the curry is NOT white! Secondly, I've heard people commenting the noodle is a little hard. Honestly, if you had followed the instruction on the back, it is as soft as any other instant noodle. Thirdly, it smells heavenly to me and the taste... is... as... good! But beware, if you ate too often, you will feel muak (bellyful/ queasiness). Also some may enjoy the taste but some wouldn't especially those who prefers their curry with less coconut milk. This one tasted enriched which happens to agree with my taste bud!
Priced at RM7.68 for 4 packets per set from Vie Onn Supermarket, it's worthwhile for a 1 time taste-off unless you are a die hard for this noodle. I can't recall the exact taste of the curry noodle in Penang so I can't compare but I would think pricey is due to the many ingredients inside i.e. seasoning, milk powder and sambal. If you would really want to try it, why not? I've heard that some hypermarkets do carry this noodle at a much cheaper price.
